RLM Financial Group is a privately held investment company with a primary focus on income producing multifamily investment assets in emerging real estate markets across the US.
RLM excels at identifying undervalued and underperforming assets and turning them into profitable properties. We purchase assets at, or under, market value and bring in a specialized team of boots-on-the-ground professionals to implement plans which improve curb appeal, install interior upgrades, correct deferred maintenance schedules and put the asset back on the market as a stabilized and income producing property.
Our team has over 50 years of combined real estate experience and our reputation is built on the belief that the customer always comes first.

Years ago, at a seminar, we heard a similar concept at a real estate conference and it resonated with our logic. From that point on we limited our single-family purchases and focused on multifamily.
